Gucci’s iconic loafers were first introduced in 1953, it says a lot about the timelessness of the design that they’ve barely changed since. This glossy black version has been crafted in Italy from flawless leather embellished with the hallmark horsebit that nods to the brand’s equestrian heritage. The loafer fits true to size, so I will suggest to go with your normal size. I usually style these with something minimal since they pop out with the gold horsebit and the embroidered insects. An all-black ensemble with some gold accessories is my favourite styling approach.

I don’t remember a time I have worn them and haven’t received a positive comment. They will be definitely the main focal point of your outfit. These chic loafers are crafted out of smooth black leather and are decorated with embroidered insects! They feature an aged gold Horsebit embellishment, a rounded toe, and a short wedge 5inch heel.

They have a unique look for the right occasion, from Gucci. Gucci’s Creative Director Alessandro Michele extravagantly decorated the collection’s accessories with insect motifs. In this classic with a twist design, the house’s timeless Horsebit loafers which in this case was intricately embellished with embroidered bees, beetles and more.

It’s an iconic shoe and this is an original. Unlike many other Gucci or designer products, it doesn’t have big visible logos on the outside of the shoe which in my book, is a huge plus. The Quality? Honestly, I was a bit surprised about that because I expected less quality because I just assumed a fashion brand just charges more for the name. That being said, you’ll receive a decent quality shoe that’s not just garbage. It’s a comfortable shoe made in a classic last, made in the same shape since 1953 and It’s likely not going to go out of style anytime soon.

These are by far one of my favourite shoes and a pleasure to have in my Shoe Collection. By the way let me end this by stating that I bought them 3 Years ago and they still look brand new, one of the biggest factors? The way I treat them, store them and maintain them.
