” Intense Oud is a Oriental fragrance for men. This is a new fragrance. Intense Oud was launched in 2016. The nose behind this fragrance is Aurelien Guichard. The fragrance features incense, woody notes, leather, amber, agarwood (oud) and olibanum. “

Gucci Intense Oud is a potent fragrance featuring incense and woody notes layered over a leathery base with the subtle sweetness of ambergris . An inimitable accord of precious oud and olibanum is the prevailing characteristic of this powerful scent. The balsamic profile makes this fragrance suitable for men to wear in cooler weather. This long-lasting fragrance produces very heavy sillage.

The dark translucent bottle features the name of the brand and sent printed in gold and the classic gold top characteristic of Gucci fragrances for men. The outer carton is black with two textured stripes and the name of the brand and fragrance inlaid in gold. Intense Oud launched in 2016 and Aurelien Guichard was the nose for this formulation.

Guccio Gucci founded his namesake brand in 1906 as a Florentine saddlery shop and opened the first of many retail stores in 1938. The brand launched its first fragrance in 1975.

Out of all the Fragrances I bought this one by far is one of my favourites. The smell lasts throughout the whole day and also after my gym workout. It’s a bold masculine smell that stands out from the others. This fragrance is the most expensive out of all the GUCCI fragrances out at the moment, but it is definitely worth the 120 Euros.

I’ll give you a little tip also on how I discover fragrances. Each time I travel passing by the duty free is a Fragrance trial for me. I head to the Brand I like and spray on some of the unknown fragrances i find the most attractive. The one I like the most gets sprayed on my clothes that way i get the full experience of how the fragrance performs.

By the end of my flight I decide if its good enough for me, I mostly look for the longer lasting fragrances but sometimes i give to some EDT that stand out.
